As a brand starting with Tomoson there are a few things you need to know right off the bat in order to make the most out of your Tomoson experience.
Create a Campaign
The first thing you want to do is create a campaign. Campaigns come in a variety of forms, depending on what each Brand needs and wants. Each Campaign is created around a specific product or service and posted onto the site after it has been approved.
Once a Campaign is live on the site, Influencers and Micro Influencers are able to apply to the Campaign. You may review applications to find who you think would best work with you for your goals and hire them. Some applicants may apply with an ask for money, others may apply with no payment attached.
Understanding Influencer Stats
You can also search for Influencers and Micro Influencers through our database and invite them to apply for your Campaign. This is a great way to find people that meet specific criteria that you're looking for your Campaign.
Filtering & Hiring Influencers
As people apply for your Campaign you can filter through them to find Influencers/Micro Influencers that best meet the criteria you're looking for. When viewing applicants, the filters on the left can be used to narrow down on the type of applicants you want to consider.
Once they're hired emails are automatically sent to them to notify them. As actions are taken, such as codes being uploaded or the product being sent, the hired Influencers will continue to receive emails.
Reading Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is your home base. On the top is your To Do list, which helps you manage your Campaigns. The pink color indicates an action is required, such as sending a coupon code or releasing funds.
You can also view your Campaigns from your dashboard. Both your draft Campaigns and your active Campaigns are listed. From there you can manage any and all of your Campaigns on the site.
As Influencers complete Campaigns you'll be able to view them on your dashboard. You may also choose to view reports. This is a more extensive detailing of completed posts for your Campaigns. From these reports you're able to view important information about each pose created by an Influencer or Micro Influencer, such as where it was posted, total reach, and engagement.
