It is the responsibility of the influencer to follow the TOS of the site(s) they are posting on. If accounts are closed/suspended Tomoson recommends the following:
- Connect with Brand(s) who have approved you with task to post to the site and explain the situation. The Brand, at their discretion, can remove you from the promotion or send a request to Tomoson to remove the task
- Remove yourself from any promotions you have not been approved for which include the task you can no longer complete
In cases where access has been lost, Tomoson will not extend completion date, remove influencer from promotion, or remove tasks from a promotion unless requested to do so by the Brand.
