If more time is required to complete tasks committed to, contact the business who is offering the promotion to request an extension or removal from the promotion using the Tomoson message center. In the event the business is unresponsive (allow time for them to respond - at least 3 days), influencers can contact Tomoson Support for assistance.
Extension and/or removal from promotion requests made to Tomoson Support are subject to the following:
- Requests must be submitted using the Support link in the site footer and must include; promotion ID#, reason for request, and email associated with your Tomoson account.
- Requests for extension/removal MUST be received before the completion date. No extensions or removal from promotion will be granted for request received after the completion date - no exceptions.
- Requests for extension/removal due to influencer-related or personal reasons will be denied. Since businesses are counting on tasks to be completed in the timeframe committed to when application is made extension/removal for these reasons can only be completed by the business offering the promotion.
- Extensions are granted at the discretion of Tomoson.
