You can view your Tomoson Message Inbox by selecting Message on the left side menu. A number will show up on this menu to indicate how many unread messages are currently within your Tomoson inbox. From there you can read, organize, and manage your messages. We encourage Businesses and Influencers to keep in touch while they’re working together in order to make each campaign successful. Communication is key!
Within the Messaging Center you can choose to filter messages by campaigns by either typing in the name or the campaign ID number at the top of the inbox. This is a quick way to find messages from specific people.
Responding to Messages
Responding to messages through the Message Center is an easy process.
The Message Center keeps replies on a thread so that you can see the whole conversation within each message. This will help you keep track of conversations and necessary actions.
If you have chosen to receive messages through your email you may reply to messages directly from your personal email inbox. Or you can login to Tomoson to reply directly from the website.
By each message received in the Message Center there is a “manage” option.
For businesses, selecting Manage will bring them directly to their Manage Page. This will allow Businesses to make necessary edits to specific Influencers in regards to a Campaign. They may wish to approve someone for a Campaign, extend their time limit, or deny them.
Influencers that select Manage are taken to their Verification Page.
When Businesses are sending a new message through the Message Center, they may wish to send a bulk message to multiple people within your Campaign. When creating a new message they may choose to select a specific Campaign in order to see all who have applied, just those who have been approved, or only those who have been denied.
