After you've been approved you'll it's time to complete the tasks you agreed to. On your dashboard, under the complete it tab, click on the pink or red circle to go to the page where you can verify your social posts.
Please make sure to verify all your posts before the end of your allotted time. If there is an issue, please contact our Support Team several days BEFORE your deadline.
How do I know which tasks still need to be completed?
Tasks that still need to be completed will be shown in a bright pink. In general, on our site this pink color means action is required.
Once the task has been verified it will gray out to show that you have successfully verified the task.
What if I can't remember the Instructions?
Instructions for the Campaign are conveniently accessible from the top right of your screen. You may reread your instructions before verifying to make sure you did all the necessary steps.
How do I verify the posts pulled from my social channel?
Recent posts from your various social channels will be pulled in automatically and shown on this page under each social tab. Click the green "VERIFY" button to verify the post and move onto the next task. If you don't see the post click the refresh icon to pull in your most recent posts. After the task is verified a green bar will appear at the top of the page with the date and a link to the verified post.
***NOTE: All social posts must be public to verify them so make sure the individual post is set to public.
How do I verify the task manually?
To manually verify your task manually you simply choose the manual tab and paste in your URL.
What if I am getting an Error Message?
Wrong Post? Our system does look at your post and makes a note if there is not a picture/video, the Product URL, the hashtag, or text detected. An error message may pop up to double check with you that you want to verify the post.
You may choose to fix it and then attempt to verify again. Or you can decide to verify it anyone. In this case the post will be sent through to Tomoson Quality Control.
If you are unable to verify your posts because your API key is Invalid, you may want to got your Media Kit to disconnect and then reconnect your social channel to fix it. This may occur because your API Key changes due to a password change.
If you still can't verify, send to support with link to the post you want to verify letting them know about your error.
