Engagement is one of the most important stats Tomoson tracks because it shows the activity on Influencer and Micro-Influencer social profiles.
Tomoson tracks the total number of engagements (comments, likes, retweets, shares, thumbs up/down and videos views) for a set of recent posts created on each of your social networks. The total engagements are then divided by the total number of posts in the set. This result is your recent average engagement number. Brands can narrow their focus to the average engagement number per social network using the filters in Tomoson, giving you a chance to display the networks you're most popular on.
There are more social media engagement stats that could be tracked in the future. However, the APIs for each social network currently allow Tomoson to track and calculate average engagement based the information above.
