Social channels refer to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. connected to your Tomoson account. We use each of the social websites public APIs to verify who you are and show accurate statistics quickly and easily.
Influencers & Micro Influencers connect social channels to verify their total reach and average engagement. They can then build their Media Kit to help make applying for Campaigns quick and easy.
Brands connect social channels to create more insightful reports, view traffic to their sites and activity on their pages to show how their campaigns have affected these.
How do I view social channels on my Tomoson account?
When logged into your Tomoson account there is a menu you can view by selecting your Tomoson picture on the top right of your screen. Use this menu to navigate to the Social Channels page.
For Influencers, you can also connect social channels through your Media Kit. When logged into Tomoson this is found on the left-side menu.
How do I connect/disconnect social channels?
To connect a social channel to Tomoson, go to the social channel page and select what account you would like to connect. By selecting the desired social channel on the page, you will be redirected to the chosen site to approve the connection through the social channel.
IMPORTANT: all disclaimers are generic terms listed by the associated social website. Tomoson will not post to or manage any of your social accounts. We simply use the social websites public API to verify your statistics for more accurate reporting.
To disconnect a social channel, look to the “Connected Accounts” and click the x in the right hand corner.
What Social Channels can I connect?
Our system works with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google+ as well as Google Analytics, which can be set up to connect blogs.
Influencers may also provide their Amazon Profile page.
*We encourage Brands to connect Google Analytics through their website so that we can provide a helpful report for review.
