What are Profile Managers?
Our site allows brands to add managers to their brand profile so multiple users can login with their own password and manage one brand's profile. Adding someone who already has a Tomoson account will automatically grant them access to any specific tasks you authorize.
How do I add or edit Managers?
When logged into your Tomoson account click your profile picture on the top right of your screen. Use this menu to navigate to the Team Members page.
The page will allow you to view and edit any managers already added to the account. You may also invite more managers to join.
Choose “Add Manager” and provide the new manager’s email associated with their Tomoson account to give them access instantly.
What if the Manager does not have a Tomoson account?
If the new manager does not have a Tomoson account, adding them to your manager’s page will send them an email inviting them to create a Tomoson account. After they register for free they will be associated with the brand profile automatically.
What can Account Managers do?
Managers can access the brand profile with the same authority the account owner has. The only restriction is with the account billing and the ability to change an account owner.
Please note that Managers do have the authority to approve Influencers for Campaigns as well as release funds from Escrow.
How many Managers can I add to my account?
The number of managers you are able to add to your brand page is dependent on your account subscription.
