When contacting Tomoson’s Support you need to provide your ID number beginning with A or B. This will allow our Support Team to quickly identify and pull up your account information.
Brands (aka businesses) ID numbers always begin with the letter B. Influencer or Reviewer ID numbers begin with the letter A.
Where is my ID number?
When logged into Tomoson you can view the ID number by clicking your Tomoson picture at the top, right of your screen. When selecting your picture, your ID number will appear with the menu.
What is a Universal ID number?
You may have multiple influencer and/or business accounts associated to your login email. You are able to choose which account to use by selecting the listed profile name and ID number.
By selecting “Add New Profile” you may create another business or influencer account associated through your login.
All of these profiles fall under your main Universal ID number which is associated to your login email. This “parent ID” number is mainly used internally by Tomoson, and can be found through the right-hand menu under “Security.”
