Go to Your Brand's Content Inbox
1. Click Search & Add Your Brand’s Hashtags
Add your brand name and product name hashtags so that you can pull in recent content that mentions you. This is a great way to capture feedback so that you can easily repost to your social media pages.
For example: #oralb (brand name), #oralbgenius (product name).
2. Add Your Competitor’s Hashtags
Keep your friends close and your competitors even closer. To spy on what they are posting and to see what their customers are saying — add your competitor’s brand name and product name keywords.
For example: If I was OralB, I might consider tracking my competitor’s hashtags: #philips (brand name), #sonicare (product name)
